I recently had to call your company for a problem I had with my heater and I wanted to state how impressed I was with the service I received from two of your employees.

My initial contact was with Lindy who answered my call and who assured me that someone would be sent the following day to look into the problem. Although the time frame was extremely inconvenient, I had not choice but to take the appointment. Imagine my surprise when I received a call later that day from Lindy to inform me that she was able to reschedule for a more convenient time. In both conversations with her, she was not only professional, but extremely pleasant and a joy to talk with, a fact that I conveyed to her. She certainly is an asset to your company.

I would also like to commend your service repairman, Rob Davis, who not only arrived promptly, but was able to ascertain the problem in no time and proceeded to correct it. He was professional, courteous and obviously knew his job.

My experience with both Lindy and Rob has certainly contributed to the fact that I am planning to change my heating and air conditioning service calls to your firm.
